Everyday Rewards
1. The Everyday Rewards programme was launched on 1 February 2024.
2. The Everyday Rewards programme is the customer loyalty programme which Woolworths New Zealand Limited (“Woolworths NZ”) operates throughout New Zealand in partnership with other businesses such as ASB Bank limited (“ASB”).

ASB Offer Terms for Everyday Rewards members
4. Any Everyday Rewards member who opens a new ASB Visa Rewards credit card account between 20 May 2024 and 30 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”) and switches to earning Everyday Rewards points through FastNet Classic Internet Banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app during the Promotion Period, will collect 20,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points on their their Everyday Rewards account when they spend $500 (“Minimum Spend”) or more on eligible purchases (“Eligible Purchases”) on their new ASB Visa Rewards credit card within the first three statement periods of their new ASB credit card account. Eligible Purchases are defined in paragraph 6 below.
5. Any Everyday Rewards member who opens a new ASB Visa Platinum Rewards credit card or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card account during the Promotion Period and switches to earning Everyday Rewards points through FastNet Classic Internet Banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app during the Promotion Period, will collect 30,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points on their Everyday Rewards account when they spend $500 or more on Eligible Purchases on their new ASB Visa Platinum Rewards credit card or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card within the first three statement periods of their new ASB credit card account.
6. Eligible Purchases include purchases of goods and services and exclude cash advances or transactions treated by ASB as quasi cash advances.
7. ASB's lending criteria and terms and conditions and Everyday Rewards terms and conditions apply.
8. This offer is not available to ASB customers who (i) currently hold or have held an ASB Visa Rewards, ASB Visa Platinum Rewards, or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card account in the 12 months preceding the beginning of the Promotion Period or (ii) transfer from an existing ASB credit card account to a new eligible ASB credit card account during the Promotion Period or (iii) in combination with any other ASB offer.
9. The bonus Everyday Rewards points will be loaded onto the linked Everyday Rewards account of the primary eligible ASB cardholder by 18 October 2024. The eligible ASB credit card account and the Everyday Rewards account must both be open and linked at time of issuing the bonus Everyday Rewards points.
10. If for any reason the bonus Everyday Rewards points have not been loaded onto the Everyday Rewards member’s Everyday Rewards account by 18 October 2024, the Everyday Rewards member should contact the customer care team on 0800 40 40 40. The customer care team will process any complaints or address issues within 14 working days if the Everyday Rewards member is eligible based on the offer terms stated above.
11. This offer can only be redeemed once per Every Day Rewards member. Where an Everyday Rewards member holds multiple ASB rewards credit card accounts that meet the eligibility and Minimum Spend criteria for the offers described in paragraphs 4 and 5 above, the Everyday Rewards member will receive the higher value of the offers.
Binding Terms
12. By entering into this promotion, Everyday Rewards members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Variations
13. ASB and Woolworths NZ reserve the right to vary any of the terms of this promotion or to terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
Exclusions and Liability
14. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights Everyday Rewards members may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Woolworths NZ (operator of the Everyday Rewards Programme), ASB and their respective related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or collecting any bonus Everyday Rewards points.
15. Woolworths NZ (operator of the Everyday Rewards Programme) and ASB are not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
16. The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
17. Woolworths NZ (operator of the Everyday Rewards Programme) and ASB are not responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions.
18. The offer is only available in New Zealand.
Privacy policy and use of personal information
19. ASB will only provide a member ID to the Everyday Rewards programme for the purpose of issuing the bonus Everyday Rewards points.
20. Any personal information collected by Woolworths NZ, as operator of the Everyday Rewards programme, is stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Woolworths NZ privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and the Privacy Act 2020 (“Privacy Act”).
21. Everyday Rewards members have the right to access their personal information pursuant to the Privacy Act, and can do so by contacting the customer care team on 0800 40 40 40 or via one of the methods set out in the Privacy Policy.
22. By entering this promotion, Everyday Rewards members consent to the use of their information as described above.
